Assures supporters that the Ron Paul Revolution is going the distance

Ron Paul’s presidential campaign manager Kent Snyder has expressed encouragement and optimism following yesterday’s Iowa caucus and urged supporters to take pride in the achievements made so far.
Statewide, the caucus placed Ron Paul at 10%, just three points behind both Fred Thompson and John McCain and well ahead of Rudy Giuliani in the race for the GOP nomination.
Further breakdown of the results revealed that in the 23 Eastern most counties in Iowa which include the college town of Iowa City and the counties north, south and east of Iowa City, Ron Paul scored an impressive 14% - or third place.
Dr Paul was also the big favorite among independent voters, of which there are many more in the state of New Hampshire than Iowa.
Mr Snyder, commenting on the Alex Jones show earlier today, reminded listeners that just months ago Ron Paul was a complete unknown in Iowa, likening the rapid progress made to a rocket going into orbit:
“I would like your listeners to know that this is simply the beginning. Keep in mind that Dr Paul when we started this whole enterprise in Iowa was at 0 to 1% in all polls, and we have made substantial progress.
People have to understand, and I have to remind myself as well that it is always harder to go from zero to ten than it is to go from ten to twenty. It’s like the space shuttle, it uses 80/90% of its fuel just to get out of the atmosphere.”
“We are expecting good things in New Hampshire, we’re expecting very good things in South Carolina, and we’re optimistic about Nevada, it’s going to be a marathon, we’ve got a long way to go but we are going the distance.
We knew that Iowa would probably be our toughest test, going into it we understood that, we had to compete, we wanted to compete and we are very glad that we did. Our best states are right around the corner and that is New Hampshire, South Carolina and Nevada and I can guarantee you that when we do well in those three states the mainstream media will be talking a different tune.”
Last Saturday Fox News announced that Ron Paul was not a top tier candidate and that they would only invite the top five candidates to join their upcoming debate. However after yesterday’s results a number of Fox pundits have suggested that the Congressman should now be considered for inclusion in the upcoming debate. Mr Snyder stated:
“I’ve been hearing that and that is encouraging, maybe they are setting themselves up to make a change of plan, we’re hoping that will be they case, it certainly should be the case without question.
The polls that matter are votes, not opinion polls or anything else, and Dr Paul is just a couple of points away from beating John McCain and beating Fred Thompson, he beat Rudy hands down. It’s going to be interesting to see if Fox changes their mind, I don’t know that they will but it will be interesting to see that.”
Should Fox refuse to alter their stance the Paul campaign has organized a last minute forum for supporters and anyone who is still unaware of the campaign.
Similarly, ABC news announced Monday that they would only take the top five candidates for their next debate and would exclude Ron Paul if he did not get double digits in Iowa. Mr Snyder confirmed that now Dr Paul has achieved both those mandates it seems certain ABC will include the Congressman in the debate which is scheduled for two days before the New Hampshire primary.
Sphere: Related Content“It was a very tough project to get started but I think the supporters and the donors around the country need to take stock and be proud of where we are and be encouraged by it, we still have a long way to go but I would rather be in the trajectory we are than be in Rudy’s ship.” Snyder concluded.

Seems to me Gulliani ought to be excluded now, due to his piss poor performance in Iowa.

LIKELY VOTE COUNT FRAUD IN IOWA REPUBLICAN CAUCUS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
Former FBI Division Chief, Ted Gunderson [see: 1-free-dvd.com and tedgunderson.com] sent a private investigator to Iowa for the republican caucus.
This investigator discovered suspicious VOTE COUNT activity that may prove that Dr. Ron Paul and his supporters are victims of fraud. The investigation is continuing and a full report is forthcoming. Meanwhile, for more information other investigators may collaborate and contact Ted Gunderson @ 337-235-0651.

If this “war room” is for real then I am going to say what needs to be said…
A 5th place finish in Iowa was an embarrassing loss. Anyone outside the rEVOLution can see the old man came in 3rd from the bottom. It’s a “spinless” fact. In layman’s terms…it sucked.
How could the good doctor place behind 2 warmed over corpses like Thompson and McCain???? Someone needs to take the blame.
Mr Snyder, if you’re reading this then your prompt resignation will boost the morale of those of us on the ground who on our own time and money are actually making the rEVOLution for real. Please go back to your original day job. You have blown it, man.
Look people… if Dr. Paul gets at least a third place finish in New Hampshire then it wasn’t because of the morons presently working at National HQ. We will have done it and not them. I agree with Mr. Alex Jones’s assessment about placing lower than third in New Hampshire. If this happens then it’s all over. Giga-Tuesday is coming fast and those dolts in Arlington, Virginia have no plan thus far. There is no co-ordination with the legions of on the ground Pualites, either. Mr. Nimmo, what has “national” said about your youtube contestants?? Need I ask more??? I can give you a list of a dozen names who could personally hand you over the Palmetto State if they could only quit their miserable jobs and campaign for you full time.
There is also 20 million in the war chest and to think a pathetic hack like Mr. Snyder & Co has control of it makes me sleepless many a night. Such a colossal waste of blood sweat and tears and MONEY. I do not want to mourn for the soon to be broken hearted…
No, I am not being pessimistic but calling it as it is. Dr. Paul, for the love of God…get your staff in order. Take National HQ back to Texas where it truly belongs. For less than 200 hundred thousand dollars you could win every state in the Union. For the moment a lunch time crew at any McDonald’s can do a better job then your present staffers. Harsh words I know but it’s the the truth. Hire some people who desire victory as much as we and you do.
Do you want to win, sir? Do you want to go all the way, sir? Yes my good doctor, I am speaking from the heart when I ask these things. I also know I am speaking for the tens of thousands of us who have gotten you this far.

James, what is your problem man? You would have Ron Paul to fire Mr. Snyder because of a fifth place showing in Iowa?
Your brand of attitude and unsportmanship and aggressive tone is exactly what us Ron Paul supporters are trying to defeat. I personally think that Mr. Snyder and the whole Ron Paul staff are some of the brighteset and well manners indivuduals on the campaign trail. We should begin this forum afresh now that the air has been cleared up from your smokey and dismal effort to be devisive.
Let us pray for Ron Paul; that God will hold him and protect him and raise him as an ensign upon the mountains of this country. , believerforsure

I offer this commentary as one who is highly attracted to Paul’s campaign but do not fully endorse it for my own reasons.
This was a near ideal outcome for Ron Paul. Allow me to explain.
First on the Democrats side. Hillary’s embarrassing third place finish means that Republican voters will not be selecting their candidates based upon whom they think can actually beat Hillary. This means they are far more likely to vote their hearts, which will ultimately mean that the republican vote gets spread out a bit more between the different candidates. I expect Obama to beat Hillary come Iowa, which will result in the Clinton’s doing what they always do in these situations, unleashing a barrage of dirty tactics.
Now on the republican side. Huckabee won in Iowa, no shock there. He most likely doesn’t have the inertia to win over any states that aren’t devoutly religious. Ron Paul isn;t likely to win those states at this time anyways.
Ron Paul fifth place showing was disappointing, however, he did nearly tie for third. In a state like Iowa this is massive. It means the RP campaign really does have a strong grassroots organization. He also beat out Guiliani, a fact that is going to hurt Giuliani for the next few primaries. The overall result of the Iowa primary is that the Republicans now have a six way race on their hands. Considering Paul’s exponential growth this is nothing but good news for the good doctor. The longer this stays a divided race the better for Paul. Ideally, we want to see the next 3-4 states go to different republicans with Paul getting 2nd or 3rd place in each of them. Considering the next few states up, this is completely obtainable.
Most importantly though, Pauls third place showing gave his campaign what it needed most right now. Its first blooding. Up till now Paul’s campaign has known nothing but unbridled growth and success. Between the money bombs, the blimp, and the overall donations for the fourth quarter you all had gotten just a bit too cocky. This leads to sloppiness and weakness. Better to get the wind knocked out of you right off the bat in an unimportant state like Iowa than to have it happen at a later time.
If you wish to see Ron Paul succeed, knock off the defeatist emo-esque over dramatic BS, get out there, and REDOUBLE YOUR EFFORTS.

“…Smokey and dismal effort to be devisive….”???? Man, I am telling the truth. Now just for a second take a look at something called REALITY. Of course Dr. Paul won’t fire Mr. Snyder but something is deeply wrong. I have pegged the true source of the problem. It’s our 100 ton elephant in the room.
Look, “believeforsure” I talk to everyone out there who comprises the human race. Iowa sucked for us. I have also been in deep contact with those of us who have done their best in Iowa. Hell..if the good doctor doesn’t place at least 3rd in New Hampshire then I am leaving the country.
I can shut up and tow the so called party line but I will not. The only reason why Mr. Snyder has to speak to a so called low life like Alex Jones is because of blatant political pandering. You can actaully hear Snyder’s disdain for Alex and the rest of us Truthersn in his voice while speaking. How can anyone spin such an abyssmal loss with a straight face? Look kid…I know what and how are enemies are thinking right now.
Alex Jones is not perfect but he called it. If we don’t finish above 4th in New Hampshire then it’s all over. Get your head out of your ass and look at REALITY. They are seriously swinging democrat during their sound bites. Do you think they are gonna care about a 4th place finish in the Republican primaries????
I will say it again …the guys at National have no frickin’ plan. If we actaully win then it is the worst case scenario for them. WHY??? They must work and anybody who knows Ayn Rand and the rest can be certain that it is huge problem. Imagine guys like Mr. Snyder having to talk to real people who have dedicated their blood sweat and tears to the rEVOLution. Mr. Snyder fears this more than anything else. Why??? Because we are REAL and he is collecting a paycheck.
This is a war room “believeforsure”. Yes we have no weapons but the same principiles of warfare do apply. .I am in this for victory.
Mike Riveiro can ask for a VP nomination but me and the rest know this will never happen. It’s all or nothing.

James,
You write as if English is your second language. What purpose does your post serve? Please stop. We don’t need the noise in here.

Lance,
Go fuck yourself because I actually work for a living. Do you? Yes I must give credit to your grammatical mis-givings but I am tired, man. Yes, I am also an american born and bred but there will be thousands who read this blog who know exactly where I am coming from. As far as they know the war party won in IOWA. Do you hear or better yet…. Mr. Snyder, get it? 6 billion mother fuckers out there are watching what we all do. Just wait until the youth of both India and China get his message..
Fuck…this is bigger than a rEVOLution. It’s a renaissance.

Economy is in nuclear melt-down. Housing bubble risks spreading to the 1.5 quadrillion derivatives bubble. Financial Gurus, such as Trump, Greenspan, and Merrill-Lynch predict huge recession, even depression. How will Ron Paul distinguish himself from the polly-annas out there?
1. Drastically reduce, if not cut, foreign aid.
2. Stop nation-building. America’s foreign policy is a complete failure.
3. Restoration of sound financial policy, with true measurements of inflation.
4. Drastic reduction of the federal government, including the IRS, CIA, FBI, NSA,
5. Restoration of the Constitution, not because our liberties are at risk. Let’s not make any mistake here. Our liberties are ours. They are inherent as blood and organs. Simply because the government legislates our freedoms doesn’t make them disappear any more than it can legislate us to stop breathing. No, restoration of the Constitution means that government will stop harassing us so we can move forward and address the real issues that face mankind.
But in truth, USA already has the ability to dig itself out of the coming economic calamity. It’s the politicians, the lobbyists, the big oil, big pharma, those who have power and seek to maintain that power at the cost of the people who are holding natural advancement, evolution, and transformation. We the people want change. We want clean air through electric cars. We want nutrient-dense foods that cure and prevent disease. We want independence from oil with alternative energies. Removal of the parasitic federal government and huge corporate subsidies will free the people, but even if the federal government chose to maintain its grip, it only tightens its grip around itself. The federal government is dependent upon us, we, the people, to advance and transform itself from what it currently is, a monstrous, bloated, sclerotic breast incapable of change, and should it continue as it is, it will fall just like the old Soviet Union did, and make no mistake, the world will continue. It will be the USA who will be left behind.

I don’t think James gets it folks. This is more than a man running for president.
God himself is raising a ensign upon the mountains here. Ron Paul is a man who’s time has come. This revolution is a sacred battle being fought out here between those who ordain one world government and those who don’t. The opposition to the NWO is rising. A stand must be made against tyranny and names are being written down. BFS
January 5th, 2008 at 8:31 pm
BFS…you’re on my side. I know you hate it but it’s true. I said it all first. Ted Tweitmeyer says it all on today’s Rense. Snyder must go or at least put on his fake face and deal with the fake scum running the MSM.
