NEW HAMPSHIRE RECOUNT APPEALED
Republican Presidential Candidate Appeals New Hampshire Recount and Calls for Internet Monitoring of Future Ballot Boxes
CONCORD, NEW HAMPSHIRE: Albert Howard, the Republican Presidential candidate who ordered a statewide recount in New Hampshire which was completed Monday, February 11th, filed an appeal to that recount with Secretary of State Bill Gardner’s office on Friday, the 15th.
In his Petition, Mr. Howard has requested, “That the Ballot Law Commission and the Secretary of State’s office disclaim any opinion on the accuracy of the Presidential primary election AND the statewide Republican recount because checks and balances to maintain the integrity of the ballots and the total counts were either not followed, or not in place.”

The appeal has many good concerns.
Complaint/violation #2 on the appeal references the accuracy of the machines used
for the voting process. The federal (HAVA) requirements indicates a design goal
of no more than 1 error for every 500,000 ballot positions per function of the machines.
The test criteria is no more than 1 error for every 100,000 ballot positions per
machine functions.
By my quick math the machines could have a max error of 0.08% of total ballots cast..
There can be two other sources of error, these are hard to predict but can occur:
1. voter errors (e.g. place more than one mark on the ballot, etc)
2. worker/official errors (e.g. paper work errors, etc)
Godo…oops…Good Luck

go to http://www.alberthoward.org to see the full petition and more details.
Also donate to Albert Howard at his website for his legal fund.
call the SOS and thank them for having the only stae in the country with all paper ballots that can be re-counted. Yes they use op-scan machines, but at least there is a paer record of every vote! Ask the SOS to act on Albert Howards petition. Read the petiton as Ron Paul followers need to take action in EVERY state that had a primary and demand recounts and reviews of all audit log records on paper less touch screens to catch all and any fraud that has occurred!! Google Pima County and Maricopa County, Arizona and see the recent victories voting activists have won in courts detailing demands of all audit logs and Ballot Prep systems
