Hand Count Shows 15% For Ron Paul
By zooamerica | January 9, 2008
This would have placed Dr. Paul in 3rd place, just as the polls were showing before the primary…
http://www.dailypaul.com/node/23643
The computer counted votes are the problem.
Not a single hand count township showed less than 10%
Supposedly, Ron Paul got 8% - this does not make sense.

That’s 14.8373% out of the 30 districts, or townships. Ron Paul won 3rd place. The electronic polls are fixed.

How can your foreign polices force countries to become more democratic, when your own government doesn’t enforce the same principles? If I was an American I would be protesting and dangerously angry by now.
January 9th, 2008 at 3:35 pm
What the hell is going on?!! It’s time for a recount NOW!!!
Is it true that the Diebold machines count the paper ballots using an optical scanner? Do these paper ballots still exist? Can those original paper ballots be counted?!
January 9th, 2008 at 3:36 pm
Demand a recount!!!!!!
January 9th, 2008 at 3:37 pm
Naaah, Just a coincidence!!!
January 9th, 2008 at 3:40 pm
It actually makes perfect sense. Diebold=Rigged
January 9th, 2008 at 3:41 pm
though not being directly involved as Europeans even my 92-year old mother was appalled by what is happening in the US of A these days. Where have the values gone that this country was famous for? It is outright nazification…
January 9th, 2008 at 3:41 pm
I’ve been following the Ron Paul Revolution from up here in Canada and I am very concerned about this obvious vote fraud being perpetrated on the American people. I believe that a recount would help to bring this information to the public’s attention early in the race, and help prevent further injustices. Demand a recount Ron!

We do not live in a democracy. The united States of America was originally intended to be a constitutional republic by most of those who took part in the times of the Declaration of Independence.
Democracies are antithetical to republics.
The design of a republic intends to protect the weak.
The design of a democracy intends to punish and dominate the weak. Democracies are mob rule.
Learn what a republic is. Learn what a democracy is. This information used to be well-known, but has since been lost to the “education” system. You are being told what and how to think.
There is much more to learn. The United States is not what it seems to be.
Most of what the current United States does is unconstitutional. There is a reason for this which is not obvious, but not to be discussed here and now.
A good search term to learn more about the constitution is “Michael Badnarik.”
There is much more beyond this, keep learning.

There is no way in h*ll that Ron got a lower percentage of the vote in NH than he got in Iowa. There is already a vote “discrepancy” proven in one town, Sutton. I have no doubt it was a problem statewide.
DEMAND A NEW HAMPSHIRE RECOUNT NOW!!!
January 9th, 2008 at 3:44 pm
It’s just a conspiracy. The government loves you. Trust the machines. Big Brother loves you. I love Big Brother.
January 9th, 2008 at 3:45 pm
[...] Going purely on hand-counts, which as we saw in Sutton were by no means angelic but at least harder to cheat on than Diebold [...]
January 9th, 2008 at 3:49 pm
This is unacceptable! Call and voice your opinion!
Election hot Line 1-603-545-2562
WE HAVE TO BE CONFIDENT OUR VOTE COUNTS!
January 9th, 2008 at 3:51 pm
Just so you all know, those are just the top wards for Paul that were handcounted. Those are not ALL of the handcounted wards. If you add them all up, he gets 9%. So this itself, while showing that there is indeed most likely blatant fraud, doesn’t mean he would have gotten 3rd or 15% of the total vote.
However, I should add, that even in the hand counted wards, there is large evidence of vote fraud done through the ’summary sheets’. Ie. They count 31 votes for Paul, then they transfer the numbers to a ’summar sheet’ in private before sending off the tallies. Those tallies don’t match the count.
So there is fraud in the hand counting and the machines. Without the machines, it appears Paul would have between 9.2% and 17%. But it’s the summary sheet hand count tallies where the real fraud is happening. This has already been confirmed in Sutton and Greenville, where a full 8% of those wards’ total vote was stolen from Paul and given to the other candidates.
January 9th, 2008 at 3:54 pm
Just to add to my above post - it appears that 8% of his vote was consistantly stolen from Paul through hand counting and machines. If you add that 8% to his 8% he did get, then his total would be 3rd place, at 15 - 17% … a number which fits more closely with exit polls, pre-primary newspaper polls, and more in line with the support on the ground in NH.

Has anyone heard any more about the Iowa investigation by an ex-FBI agent and that Ron Paul votes were stollen. I watched the Iowa count on C-SPAN2 that night and I think I saw miscounts right on camera. This did’nt sink in till the day after and today I read Bev Harris of Black Box Voting’s article saying that potential voting irregularities and instances of fraud in the Iowa caucus, and the New Hampshire primary . This is an Outrage. This must Stop Now! How Un-American are these people. Corperate control ,…It’s Sooo Wrong.
January 9th, 2008 at 4:26 pm
I was livid last night, so upset it made me cry. How could any think he would get less than 10% unless there was fraud. Brainwashed zombies voting for warmongering globalists must be slapped in the face!! Ron Paul has more of the military behind him than any other and is the only anti war candidate, AND OVER 70% of the population is against the war!!!! This isn’t just fishy its out right obvious like the towers collapsing at free fall speed!!! EXPOSE THE FRAUD NOW AND DEMAND A RECOUNT RON PAUL, DONT WAIT ANOTHER SECOND!!!!
January 9th, 2008 at 4:28 pm
[...] Going purely on hand-counts, which as we saw in Sutton were by no means angelic but at least harder to cheat on than Diebold [...]
January 9th, 2008 at 4:32 pm
Has the campaign been contacted with these figures? Only Ron can demand a recount and I would imagine that a recount would require hand counting the ballots in every district. If this came through and his percentage fo the vote doubled then that would make it far easier to get Diebold machines removed from the election entirely.
Without fair vote counts you may as well not bother with an election at all. It’s in the damn Constitution.

hmmmmmm……i smell the sweet aroma of REVOLUTION………i’m sorry to say it has to come to that!……..unless we put the same fear in these retards that they have been doing to us for so long now, this will be ignored……….
January 9th, 2008 at 4:50 pm
Totally unacceptble, per usual. Will people ever demand excellence and truth from their leaders?
January 9th, 2008 at 5:04 pm
lets assumme for a minute there indeed is INTENTIONAL fraud going on in NH. Which automatically implies it will be going on in other states. How are you going to prove it?? The paper ballots may have been compronised after the vote that went into the scanner. My suspicion is they would not count certain votes for a candidate and destroy those ballots that they did not count. But we better be darn sure we have our ducks in a row before we take this on. These allegations of INTENTIONAL fraud are
very serious and dangerous for us if we do not have our Ducks in a row. Get every fact and every argument prepared before even approaching the legal system. I personaly believe in order to keep fraud down that every ballot should be signed by the voter, with a duplicate he can take home with a number that matches his ballot. you cannot fool that kind os system.
January 9th, 2008 at 5:06 pm
The trouble with the use of voting machines is that to the best of my knowledge, no record of the vote is kept and therefore no verification can take place. On top of that, they can be manipulated with apparently not much difficulty. At this time I do not believe the N.H. Secretary of State has not certified the count. Therefore there is the very strong possibility of a total recount. Of course that would affect both sides but all anyone wants is a fair shake. Let’s get on and to the bottom of this smelly mess.

We are at war with Eurasia. We have always been at war with Eurasia.
It may be too late to save this country by peaceful means.
January 9th, 2008 at 5:13 pm
I’m still working on all this. So here’s just the bare bones info…
Windsor precinct still hasn’t reported its numbers (just random info)
There are 178 computer read precincts. (there should be NONE)
There are 125 hand-counted precincts. The list above just shows some of RP’s better numbers… not ALL of them.
I feel 125 precincts should be a very good representation of how the other 178 should add up, too. I’ll have to work on those 178 computer-read precincts tomorrow.
But for now, the 125 hand-counted precincts did show something interesting…
Candidate Votes Percentage
McCain 15,974 39.48%
Romney 10,279 25.41%
Huckabee 5,332 13.18%
Ron 3,771 9.32%
Giuliani 3,277 8.01%
Thompson 553 1.36%
Hunter 255 .63%
Some other 1,011 2.49%
At the very least, we’ve been jipped our rightful 4th place… and the bragging rights of beating Rudy AGAIN! Like I said, I can’t believe the other 178 precincts were that different than these 125.
As far as a recount…
It would be good to do to show the establishment we’re on our toes and watching and won’t tolerate it.
But at the same time, it would cause people to think Ron Paul can’t handle losing and we would lose the momentum of the movement. At least if they can’t say we’re being a baby, they CAN say he’s getting screwed and join our Cause. So, I think instead of demanding a recount, we should just let everyone know that we’re watching VERY, VERY closely at future elections.
And it might help to stop jumping to conclusions and reacting so quickly. That’s one reason we dislike the establishment because they train us to be impulsive. Let’s do some serious reasoning and come together to solve this in a RP-like manner.
Hopefully after I analyze the info for the 178 other precincts, we’ll still be ahead of Rudy… Judy… whatever he feels like being today.
We should always take a day or two whenever something happens to regroup and decide how to go forward. Let’s not just bombard the campaign and yell at the MSM and act a fool. We’re smarter than that… which is why RP is our man.
Hugs everyone!
January 9th, 2008 at 5:20 pm
I know that everyone is upset as I am, But this blatant in you face ,what are you gonna do about it attitude from who ever is pulling the strings kinda worries me, We should do something . But in a peaceful way, This would only discredit our cause. And we already know how the main stream media views us. Lets keep a cool head and get this out to the public. I fear that this may be an outlet for those who oppose us to declare Marshall Law..
January 9th, 2008 at 5:29 pm
wow it makes sense know! everyone needs to email and call up all media including your own local media we need to get this out!!! Ron Paul is only hope for us. By the way everything is going moving back to Canada for me might be the only way!

the problem is :
there are no honest prosecutors anymore to punish these cheaters,
as they deserve
January 9th, 2008 at 5:54 pm
This crap needs to be nipped in the bud. If the opportunity exists to have the recount and expose these scum for what they are it needs to be done. Being a nice guy now won’t cut it later. This fraud is happening for a reason and you better believe it isn’t good. The Ron Paul Revolution is about saving this Republic by doing what’s right while we still have the rights to do it. They pulled this stuff in the last two elections, they are doing it now and will continue to do it untill they accomplish their takeover, We don’t have time to waste. If there is evidence of voting fraud then it needs to be exposed and those involved punished. No if, ands, or buts !!!!!!!!!!!!
January 9th, 2008 at 5:54 pm
Yes, the paper ballots are available for recount. I am proud that RP got over 11 percent! My time there may not have been a total waste of time.
January 9th, 2008 at 5:55 pm
There is discrepency here… There is a list at http://ronrox.com/paulstats.php that has more handcounted counties that show many with under 10%.
Lets got the Whole truth and Nothing but, regardless of the outcome.
January 9th, 2008 at 6:00 pm
People, it’s time to get off the computer and get OUT and start creating some MANIFEST REVOLUTION. This has gone too far.
Again, get off the computer and get out there and start taking some action.
January 9th, 2008 at 6:02 pm
“By the way everything is going moving back to Canada for me might be the only way!”
I love that comment- How do you think “big bully america” is going to treat its little neighbor to the north? Running from globalization wont make it run from you. Google “the NAU.”
January 9th, 2008 at 6:04 pm
as a third party (nader) voter i have know that they’ve been doing this for years, the american sheeple are finally waking up. it took a ron paul revolution to do it and hopefully we will stay awake!!
January 9th, 2008 at 6:16 pm
Let’s recap. Grassroots has to stay independent from HQ per FEC rules. It’s sucks. Not being able to coordinate efforts and ideas is no way to win this war.
I guess we have to move on and not expect too much from them.
With that said, we are fighting to take our country back from the elite globalists and we need to make a stink about electronic voting. Weather we can do a class action suit or not is debatable.
My suggestion would be to raise money and make a commercial about it and not involve the campaign.
Something general to the fact that every voters want their vote to count.
We could show the evidence we’ve got. A voice over would say something like; Do you want your vote to count in this most important election year? Fraud by electronic voting machines has been around a long time and brought to the courts many times without any changes. Here’s what happened in NH: we show the graphics, the missing votes, the snaphots of numbers discrepancy, etc.
Then the voice over says; people of all trade mathematicians, engineers, computer experts etc. are watching these elections closely. Be part of it, keep your eyes open, sign affidavits, take photos and videos and record anything suspiscious
Let’s not leave this election up to the fraudulent machines.
I think if we could run a commercial like this in several media it might get the evil ones to back off somewhat.
We need to act fast. Any takers?

DONT BE A SUCKER. We have disinfo agents on this forum telling us “Paul was cheated out of 4th place” and “He should’ve gotten 15%”.
Don’t be a fool. ALL THE INDICATORS show Ron Paul got 80%+ of the vote. His fundraising shows that, Mccains abysmal fundraising shows that, strawpolls, quick polls and other honest polls all showed RP at 80%+.
THIS WAS TOTALLY RIGGED
January 9th, 2008 at 6:43 pm
Don’t be fooled by the poster “Tracy”. She is a DISINFO AGENT. Trying to pacify us and making us believe he was only cheated out of a few percentage points..
Ron Paul’s message needs to become:
911 was an Anglo-American-Zionist job
Iowa and NH were RIGGED

If these numbers are true, a recount MUST be DEMANDED IMMEDIATELY! If these “miscounts” are substantiated without a demand for recount, I for one, will be forced to disconnect from the Revolution. There are too many other states and voting machines ahead to just sit back and “HOPE” FOR AMERICA -( the elitists)- to realize their wrongdoings and correct those mistakes. They wil NEVER offer an apology or admission of guilt. Though I believe the most of us (I assume) don’t think on such an evil level, DARE NOT THINK these people we are up against are not WICKED in it’s purest form. These people do not give a rat’s ass about YOU, ME, THE CHILDREN, TRUTH, FAIRNESS or FREEDOM or any respect for human life whatsoever (except their own). Dr. Paul, if by some freak you happen to read this and these alterings of the votes are true, I beckon you to demand a recount IMMEDIATELY. May God Bless Us All…VIVA LA RESISTANCE!!!

if those hand count counties numbers are correct relative to the computer counties we definetly need a recount

the hand count #’s vs the computer #’s is a statistical impossibility! are these numbers real? if so were f*cked
January 9th, 2008 at 9:28 pm
Before I’m going to jump into the accusations of fraud I want to know if some one has stats by size of township. Here’s my thought. It makes sense that smaller townships hand count. And it could be that smaller townships lean more towards Ron. And it makes sense that the larger townships use computers. And while there are no huge cities in NH, it still makes some sense that larger townships might lean away from Ron.
This could be the simply explanation.
BUT having said that, if none, or only some, of my sense is sense and the rest is nonsense - this a recount is in order.
So would someone please supply the link that shows the vote by size of township.
January 9th, 2008 at 9:37 pm
I am deeply saddened by this vote fraud B*****, The American people should stand up early in the piece and demand a recount and if that does not work then the message of democracy is not worth the paper it is written on. It is a farcical scam that is deigned for the elite to trick us into believing them. Stand Up America and take back what these thieves have stolen, Use Fox to sell it, every opportunity crash there live feeds and stand up to this evil. Someone design low cost arrays to steal there show.

Post signs, march with others with small handout’s that explain the situation, call every media outlet you can, be spontaneous, peaceful, smart, and persistant. If the time comes for a face to face, I have the confidence you all will be brave, but for now, be Paulites…use our constitutional rights and remember…”When peaceful evolution becomes impossible violent revolution becomes inevitable” but until then, stay strong and focused.

This is very discouraging, but that’s what they want. I cannot believe I live in such a crooked country. I always wanted to believe otherwise…but I cannot, and haven’t for the past couple years.
I’m speechless on this.
January 9th, 2008 at 10:51 pm
There was proven voter fraud in 2000 and 2004, how do you think bush got elected to presidency, kerry actually called off a recound in 2004 because he was aware of the fraud but because electronically there is no hard record, you cant go bsack on recount, PAUL would only be able to recount the paper ballots, and considering there is a big enough sample size if it didnt match up with his 8%, it would be fair to assume there was voter fraud.

There definitely were anomalies in the count, but some of these towns had very few votes. You must use both the percentage AND the number of votes. It still would likely change the placement, but not necessarily third unless the towns were fairly large.
Two additional anomalies were: One- that Huckabee 10-13%, Giuliani 7-10%, Paul 4-9% and Thompson 1-3% maintained these same percentage variations almost in lockstep throughout the entire count, with a few exceptions in a few towns. Second-that it is inconceivable that Thompson, even though he campaigned little, and as widely known and respected as he is, did not fare better overall as he did in Iowa. He should have been between about 5-10% based solely on his name and reputation recognition.
Here are a few of the towns and total votes. This why BOTH vote totals and percentages must be analyzed.

I’m from the UK, and I too wonder how a country have the ‘moral’ right to enforce it’s own corrupt system upon others through war? Mind you, this is the same country which caused it’s OWN people to go to war over the issue of SLAVERY, so I’m not that surprised.
Down with Fascism!!!!

A recount is really not needed if you think about it this way: A president is only as powerful as the military that listens to him. Get it? All the military has to do is follow commands of Ron Paul. If the military wants Ron Paul to be president, then he will be no matter what!

Herman…
I am NOT a disinfo agent! And to accuse me and everyone else who is devoting 16-20 hours a day to compare these numbers and find discrepancies for RP’s benefit is horrendous.
I never said the hand-counted votes weren’t tainted. I just said it would be a little harder for those counts to misrepresent votes than it would be for eCounts, and we are looking very hard to see if there is a major difference between those two methods of counting.
For example, if Ron had come in with 35% on the hand-counted votes and only 3% with computer-read votes, we’d have a major problem. Those numbers don’t add up, but it was just for an example. So far, the data from politico.com shows that when all 125 hand-counted precincts are calculated, Ron comes in at 9.32% with Rudy coming in at 8.01%
I am quite sure some votes were skimmed from Ron and given to Rudy through eVoting. I’m sure it even happened on the Summary Sheets from hand-counted precincts.
It’s very important that ***everyone fills out a voter affidavit at the polls and exit poll!*** Our only real relief will come when the exit poll says Ron won with 35% and the final tally shows only 9%.
==================================================================
As far as pre-vote polling, no one should do it. It gives everyone an estimate of how much they’ll need to skim when the voting actually takes place.
==================================================================
For whoever put the counts up at ronrox.com…
Wentworth, Hart’s Location and Waterville are all hand-counted if that helps any.

why is everyone so suprised that dr.paul was cheated? my family [all paul supporters] knew this was coming. dr.paul is never mentioned in the media, except for garbage they try to dig up and put their own spin on. their problem is that there is no garbage attached to him. we must have a recount, if all the paperwork hasn’t already been destroyed. we are fighting seriously powerful people and they don’t play nice…….

All this says is that small towns where the votes are hand counted he does better than in big cities.
Are all you kids too young to know that the worst voter fraud in this country happened with paper ballots? Are you the same people who believe that vinyl is better than CDs?
Grow up kids. This is an issue of causality. Go read a book on statistics and learn about the term. You look like a bunch of sore losers.
And learn about election fraud. Paper ballots are by far easier to “lose” than numbers counted on a machine. sheesh. Pick up a book now and then and learn a little history before you go mouthing off.
Instead, why don’t you try to figure out what was going on in Lyman county that Ron Paul did so well? Focus on the things you can alter and do something about it.
January 10th, 2008 at 8:20 am
It is clear for outsiders like me (being from Namibia) that a huge scale fraud is taking place. Ron Paul awoke the apathic non voter who only had the choice between Twideldee and Twideldum to actually take part in these elections - thus the record voting figures. I followed the results as they were shown on CNN from where Paul was indicated on 8% with 8000 votes and Rudy on 9% with approximately 8 800 votes. Hours later when Paul had 18 700 votes he was still pinned down on 8% and RG also on 9% with approximately 22 000 vote. How does the percentages of all nominees establish themselves before te halfway mark and stay that way untill the end? You guys are getting taken for a ride again. The pie chart on CNN indicates the name and percentages of all nominees of the Democrats but the Republicans chart only shows untill July Anny. Ron Paul’s slice of the pie is only indicated as an unnamed grey area.
You Ron Paul supporters see yourself as part of a revolution. It seems that your adversaries don’t want to offer you a peaceful revolution by cheating the way they do. I hope they realize that they are forcing your hand to use an alternative way - a way they cannot cheat themselves out of…

Sadly, ignorance has become the 51st state of the USA, hence the dream is dead. As we all have seen, without leaders of substance who obey and answer to the people the entire world lives in peril. It’s time for all the people of the world, not just us Americans, to stand up and protest. The future of the human race is at stake, and yes, it is indeed that serious.

To get percentage, take a candidate’s number of votes and divide that by the number of ALL votes cast, then multiply it by 100.
McCain………………..(15,974 / 40,452) X 100 = 39.48%
Romney………………(10,279 / 40,452) X 100 = 25.41%

I think I accidentaly put 8.01% in another post.
Other Candidate…..(1,011 / 40,452) X 100 = 2.49%

I hope this proves I’m not a disinfo agent. You don’t even know what kind of RP supporter I am. I have converted about 15 people to him. Plus, they have bought and distributed RP CD’s. Get off my back.
We all know this country is broken, but even I will say that there are some extreme tinfoil hat wearers that discredit our movement.
Remember: not only do we need to look for disinfo people, but we also need to look out for those that post *partial information* to get us angered and act impulsively. That’s more dangerous to our movement because we react and look uneducated. We need to be PROACTIVE…not REACTIVE. Think how many news editors are saying right now: “These people don’t even check their own facts. They’re ‘kooks.’ Just ignore them.”
Yes, Ron Paul did have ZERO votes in some precincts. However if you look at those precincts, you’ll see that there were very few voters in the entire precinct. It’s not hard to understand that the small precinct only consisted of a family, who tend to vote alike.
The number politico.com posted does not prove there was no vote-count fraud. But, as only supporters, we can’t demand a recount. I wouldn’t advise the campaign to do one either because of public appearance if we’re proven wrong. It’s only 4 electoral votes. The damage of being wrong outweighs the four votes we stand to pick up.
These numbers only tell us that we need to hit the streets and get more support!
Don’t rely on some crap someone says that gets you all excited to act out. Do your own research first to make sure you’re not walking into a trap!

Get Albert Howard to demand a recount.

i’m in south carolina.
we need people in every city to gather all ron paul voters and get them to sighn in on a sheet, then have a central call in location and we tabulate our own results.
even if we miss a few people we’ll get the most of them, they wont dare pull this again if we are tabulating our own results.
i am in blacksburg, i’ll do it here.
are we just going to complain and take this or organize and fight back ?
someone in sc contact me and lets get this going, I have emailed meet up groups and got no responses as of yet, i guess they are fair weather fans who claim they support ron paul as long as they dont actually have to do anything .
January 10th, 2008 at 9:22 am
Our town is making up signs that read “New Hampshire Voters are Not Welcome Here.”
In the “Spin Room” J McCain said that the soldiers in Iraq agree with him…Pants on Fire for sure.
The only problem with that is;Americans believe him…..J McCain is “Gook”.
January 10th, 2008 at 9:28 am
>only 4 electorial votes<
thats besides the point. we expose all the fraud, if we’re wrong, we’re wrong and it’ll be proven.
if we’re right, then it’ll prove it.
the truth is more important.
thank god you give up people arn’t patriot leaders, we’de all be new world order slaves by now.

I dont know why everyone is surprised that the voting machines are fixed, why do you think they moved to electronic voting machimes, so they could fix the elections.
Americans are going to get exactly what they deserve in 2008, becuase your current prez is illegally in the White house and probably has been for the last 7 years, yet you all are to a scared to do anything about it, but whine and complain.
Well, here’s to 4 more years of War and Poverty, cheers.
Hope you enjoy it, you yellow bellies.
January 10th, 2008 at 10:01 am
Tracy is absolutely right. The hand-counted precints show Ron Paul with 9.32% of the vote. This site should be edited immediately to reflect this fact.
January 10th, 2008 at 10:07 am
All i’m saying is someone picked the BEST 30 precincts and got everyone all rowled up over them.
There were 126 hand-count precincts, which means someone ignored 96 precincts where RP didn’t do so well.
This effort to fight against fraud, when you can’t even take into account ALL the evidence, will single-handedly kill our entire movement.
If there was fraud involved, it will leak out soon. But for now, there really is NO evidence that we’ve been cheated.
The Boston Globe temporarily screwed up their tracking chart. First, you have to realize that if they are working AGAINST us, they wouldn’t have given McCain the horrible numbers they did. Think.
Before you go insulting people and throwing allegations around, you should look at all the evidence. Looking at 1/5 of the hand-counted election results aren’t necessarily proving your point.
Yes, he got some great numbers in Richmond. Like someone else said, why don’t we find out what happened so great there and use it everywhere else. We have elections to look forward to. If you’re stuck on NH right now (for only 4 electoral votes), we’ll blow it for every other state we have ahead of us.
If this campaign dies, it’s OUR fault, because we’re so busy being rebellious against the system that we can’t even find our own good.
Thanks for working to kill the campaign for the only candidate I’ve ever, ever wanted to vote for.
January 10th, 2008 at 10:37 am
Ron Paul has so many field workers. Why not set up a Ron Paul booth at all election sites where RP voters can leave their name and id number after they casted their vote. Although not conclusive this can be a barometer to measure against the declared figures. You should then be less in the dark about the size of the fraud committed against you and if action should be taken. Recounts will not be effective because criminals usually get rid of evidence as soon as possible after committing the crime. A recount will only reflect a nominal deviation completely discrediting you if you want recounts in future. Remember that you good people are dealing with hardened professional criminals. Recounts will make you all look like fools. Start taking your own records at voting stations. I am sure your supporters are passionate enough to comply. Even if you get no where with your complaints you will at least have a much better idea of your support base if a REAL revolution breaks out.
January 10th, 2008 at 10:47 am
Incredible that even after 2004 that there are still such major question marks surrounding voter fraud here in the US. Dr. Paul really deserves a fair and equitable chance at winning the nomination and it seems that he is not getting that opportunity.
If this isn’t a wake up call for voting reform I don’t knwo what is!
January 10th, 2008 at 10:53 am
The person that wrote this article is a blatant liar. And all the dumbed down Paultards fell for it.
January 10th, 2008 at 11:07 am
We have to change the way we all vote. Some one in this forum suggested a reciept to take home. That then triggered another idea to have the reciept and go to an approved website set up BY THE PEOPLE to register there vote once again. Obviously that website can be tampered with but we have to think of different ways before the machines take OVER!!!! AAAAAAHHHHHH. Terminator!!!!!!!!! Just kidding. But seriously, we need to change the way we vote to eliminate this crap.
January 10th, 2008 at 11:11 am
We should get a recount. But we should ALSO get more boots on the ground so more people are aware of Ron Paul and the message of freedom, peace and prosperity.
Get out there and canvass your neighborhood with slim-jims and, if you are a good-natured personality, TALK to people. Go door to door. If not, find a parking lot or two and put slim-jims under windshield wipers. Go door to door for half an hour or so and put slim-jims on doorknobs. C’mon people. Get off the forums for a scond and get the message out locally.
Meet-ups: get a collection going and a good ad to put in your local paper. They are pretty cheap and work better than ads in big papers. Target your local community and focus on how Paul addresses that community’s concerns.
January 10th, 2008 at 11:14 am
As far as vote fraud watch goes, I agree with HM that we should have our own exit polls in as many precincts as possible. Our people outside the polls and RP voters signing affidavits after they vote.
January 10th, 2008 at 11:15 am
If the consensus argument is that the Diebold machines are rigged, then why isn’t anyone looking at the Democratic race in New Hampshire as well? I read that Barack Obama won handily in every district that had hand counts, and Hillary only won where there was electronic voting. Seems to support this argument.

I have donated over $900 to your campain.I have spent the last 20 yrs exposing corruption, I even went to jail 3 times for nothing I was never charged with a crime, but i did expose a prostitution ring in aurora ohio run by city officials. I did send a child molester to jail for 16 yrs for molesting 40 little girls, he was a roads superindendent.
In the face of provable fraud, if you do not contest it and you go by way of keery in the last rigged election , thats it for me. I am out and i will not vote for you in the primary or send you another dime.
Only a schrill puppet would not contest a fradulent vote count.
if you do not do something, then I assume you are in on it.
There are millions and millionss more of me, we care about the truth, and saving america more then a stupid campain.

there is no sense continuing this charade, to send ron money and spend all our time and effort only to have him do nothing in the face of fraud.
it’ll just happen over and over again.
Ron needs to step up and at least say something, or drop out of the race. I’m holding off sending monies I had earmarked for his campain until he does something.

January 10th, 2008 at 1:15 pm
A booth outside the poll sounds good. But coudn’t people sign it but still vote another way just to skew the outcome of the booth poll? That would seems like a stupid and childish thing to do, but I don’t put it above anyone. Could we truely depend on those numbers if we suspect counting fraud next time? I chipped in, and perhaps jumped the gun. Hopefully the grannies can use it for another Ron Paul effort.

[...] Going purely on hand-counts, which as we saw in Sutton were by no means angelic but at least harder to cheat on than Diebold [...]
January 10th, 2008 at 1:47 pm
The campaign should now shift gears and announce that vote fraud has clearly destroyed the American political process, as proven by the Collier brothers, by Jim Condit, Bev Harris, Harri Hursti and the Public Broadcasting System and by many others.
Vote fraud must now be the target of the Ron Paul Revolution. Ron Paul can make a calm announcement that calls for an audit of the vote-counting machine from one end to the other. The audit can be made by the Ron Paul campaign, which can now afford to do it. He should recommend that the General Accounting Office and Federal Election Commission assist the campaign’s audit. He can invite the GOP and Democratic Party to participate. If they refuse for any reason, their refusal will prove that they know about the vote fraud and are willing participants.
January 10th, 2008 at 1:48 pm
Ron Paul should announce that fair elections cannot be held until it is proven that the vote counting process is honest and trustworthy. The best weapon his campaign has in the 2006 PBS program, “Hacking Democracy.” Bev Harris’ ongoing work at Blackboxvoting.org can be revealed to millions of Americans now, with the millions of dollars entrusted to the Ron Paul Revolution. The two Ohio election officials recently sentenced to prison for the 2004 vote fraud were exposed by Blackboxvoting’s great work, which can be seen in the PBS program.
Ron Paul should file suit to order a suspension of the primary process until a comprehensive audit of the vote counting process has been completed and all doubts as to its honesty are removed. Computers must be outlawed in the vote-counting process. The only way to ensure honest elections is with paper ballots and receipts, as the Collier brothers proved in their groundbreaking book, Votescam. They showed that there are dozens of ways to steal the vote as long as machines are used to count it. The question we must all ask is, “Who programs the computers that count the votes?”
Ron Paul should demand that paper ballots be counted by hand in the open and measured against paper receipts in the event of a disputed result. But first, there must be an audit of the process we have been under for decades, to show how we have been cheated and defrauded.
January 10th, 2008 at 2:20 pm
Why doesnt Ron Paul request a recount in NH himself ? he sure has the money to pay for the recount. If I was his campaign manager that is what i would suggest he do !
January 10th, 2008 at 2:21 pm
Just a question: WHY has the Ron Paul campaign Office not demanded a recount?
It can’t be a question of having adaquate funds! Why is it left to individuals?
January 10th, 2008 at 2:39 pm
I say we boycott the election process until this is resolved.
no more blimps, airplanes, helicopters and people everywhere.
no more money bombs until this is resolved.
no one attend the primaries.
it wont make 1 bit of differance at this point, he’ll loose by way of vote fraud or no votes.
but it’ll send a clear message that we’re not going to take this anymore.
January 10th, 2008 at 2:48 pm
Here’s the problem. If Sutton made a ‘mistake’ and left off votes, what’s to have stopped other counties from doing the same? Then hand counting even stops being as reliable as we think it is. There’s still something fishy going on here I feel.
Also, about 45 percent of elections administrators hand count paper ballots at the polling place, with the remaining locations all using the Diebold version 1.94w optical scan machine. Because the voting machine locations tend to be urban, this represents about 81 percent of the New Hampshire voters. Hand counting really counts for very little of the actual overall numbers of voters.
from Black Box Voting: I just got off the phone with Jennifer Call, Town Clerk for Sutton. She confirmed that the Ron Paul totals in Sutton were actually 31, and said that they were “left off the tally sheet” and it was human error.
This is not an acceptable answer, especially because one of the most common forms of fraud in a hand count system is to alter or omit results on the reporting sheet. Hand count is lovely, transparent. They then fill out another reconciliation sheet, often in front of witnesses, and it looks fine. Then they provide a summary or media sheet with the incorrect results.

I sit here in Australia, watching the U.S. elections, and find myself wondering what the hell is going on. The U.S., a country that has the world’s best constitution and bill of rights, is supposedly the leading democratic country in the world, has become a Police State and has politicians 10 times more corrupt than the worst African Nation in existence. IT IS OBVIOUS THAT YOUR ELECTIONS IN 2000 AND 2004 WERE STOLEN. IT’S OBVIOUS IT’S HAPPENING AGAIN. Y E T, you continue to use these electronic voting/cheating machines. Recently, East Timor had elections, a third world, newly born country. They had paper ballots that were hand counted, on big tables, being watched by whoever wanted to and being filmed by cameramen and U.N. observers. 2 illegal wars, militarisation of your police forces, the Patriot Act, the John Warner Defense Act, etc. etc. etc. and you guys continue to do nothing. We here in Australia, who know what’s going on, are SHIT SCARED. We have had our guns confiscated, terrorism laws enacted, our Army was given permission by John Howard’s federal parliament to shoot unarmed civilians, the Heirarchy of our police forces are FASCIST. If you guy’s, our Brothers and Sisters, end up like us, I fear the N.W.O. will have nothing stopping them. They will take the U.S. and then flood out from there and take the rest of us. 90% of the Aussie population, are just to stupid to realise what’s coming, please, PLEASE, DO A RECOUNT. We all need Dr. Paul.
January 10th, 2008 at 3:13 pm
This just in: Ronpaul got 100% of the vote of paranoid conspiracy freaks!
January 10th, 2008 at 3:23 pm
In 2004, 3.6 million Americans voted in the elections, but their votes were not counted, because of the “Help America Vote Act”. These were overwhelmingly minority race voters. The GOP chairman conspired to challenge votes on the basis of race, which is a federal crime, for which he should be tried and, if found guilty as I expect, imprisoned for many years.
January 10th, 2008 at 3:24 pm
Hm - did someone make the mistake of averaging averages?
The precincts listed above where Ronpaul got higher numbers were small precincts.
I think all these numbers show is that Ronpaul got a larger percentage in smaller precincts, but this is no indication of voter fraud.

this election is meaningless, it’s just a last attempt to work within the broken system. it puts us on the moral high ground to have exaused every effort to resolve this ( new world order ) pecefully.
in the backround you cant find any ammo as for were all buying it up as fast as it comes in, our military are deserting in droves and joining the patriot community ( militias) we’re gearing up for a fight. and a fight it’s gonna be.
my advise to you, is when the shooting starts here, prob. from them trying to disarm a vet by way of the new law, come on by and join us.
we’re gonna kick the new world orders azz and leap frog to other nations afterwards.
but it’s their responsibility to uprise when we do. we need to strain their resources and block supply lines as well as destroy all weapons we can not aquire at the onset of hostilities.

Sorry, Tracy, the exit polls said that he got 8-9%. Maybe your tinfoil hat would help.

Denis Kucinich sent a letter to NH Secretary of State requesting a recount, according to Buisnesswire.com.
http://www.businesswire.com/po.....ewsLang=en
January 10th, 2008 at 5:02 pm
In this case prevention will be the better cure. A recount will discredit your cause for the reasons that I have explained. Forget the recount - maybe a revote is a better idea. Don’t be disheartened. Your leader Ron Paul knows what he is doing and is certainly no fraud. He just dealt with these thugs long enough to know what the outcome of a recount is going to be. Stop challenging him for it and use the money to set up your own poll booths and collect your own data. Make sure to publish it widely after each Mass Media published result. It will expose and highlight the underhand ways of your adversaries. This will also boost the mental motivation that the Mass Media is desperately trying to curb. At the end of the day when all peaceful means of your revolution failed - it must be on record how you were deceived and what your real support base is. This will ensure you have the momentum and support you need to take the final step against the Deceiving Deciders where they will be dealt with in a way where cheating can’t help them… The whole thinking world is counting on you..

Americans! demand for a recount!!!! Ranting here wont help..
I so badly want to vote for Ron Paul. But hey I’m not an American.. I wish I am at this time…

hey hm
if rons campain is going to shrug his shoulders and overlook this, what will he do regarding the federal reserve, the american union? , if they cant stomach this, then he’s not the man we want representing us.
we want all corruption stopped, not just some of it, we want the traitors held responsible and these draconian laws repealed.
if he cant hack a fight over obviouse vote fraud, then he cant hack it.
I’m not sending no more money and I’m not voting for him in the south carolina primary if he dont fight this in some way, he hasnt even said 1 word.
thats a coward and a push over to me, not the type of person that represents me,.
I’m boycotting all functions unless he speaks out and does something, I advise everyone else to do the same.
January 10th, 2008 at 5:52 pm
Kucinich is the right guy for asking the recount. Tactically it is clever from Paul not to do it. A backfiring on a recount result will discredit and harm the Ron Paul movement too much. I applaud Kucinich for it and hope he does this with the idea to aid Ron Paul. This will create the possibility of success without the risk of failure for the Paul campaign. Ron Paul knows the methods of these criminals too well to rush into this trap like a fool. If you follow the advice I have given - you will have ammunition for a much bigger goal than a rigged election. These thugs are overplaying their hand and are handing you the right for armed resistance. Please don’t discredit nor challenge Paul - he is wiser than you think. Save up your frustrated energy to be released when the right time comes. If passive resistance makes no impression - the citizens has the right to start active resistance. Timing is most important. Jumping the gun prematurely does more harm than good - regardless the pure intention behind it. Rise up like one man when the time is right… Good luck from Namibia

Just curious, I’ve Heard a lot of the other canidates
talk about the constitution… When a soilder take an oath to protect the
constituion, He promises to protect it both foreign and domestic,
How do we protect it from our own goverment? Is my question, They have pretty
much crippled it by removing habeas corpus. I also beleive If there
were real terror, not the kind that the goverment has created,
But actually something to fear from other nations, Why such a lack in boarder security?
I sometimes feel that they are purposely trying to sabatoge
our economy, and scare everyone to excepting this North American
Union as a way to save the economy.Anyone think this might be the case?
Also for anyone that dosen’t know there has been a bill
that has been passed in the house H.R.1955 Homegrown terrorism act
Check it out heres the link http://www.govtrack.us/congres.....=h110-1955,
I have already written in opposition of this bill, I suggest that every body
that see’s this do the same.
take care ,stay on track and don’t feel defeated, Every little bit counts.

Simpleman continue trying to confuse the issues I am addressing by saying that I am preaching lack of action. To the contrary I am suggesting the strongest action possible. Action that cannot be manipulated nor cheated by the enemy. He aggressively continues blaring “recount” and attacking Ron Paul. He comes up with no other solid solution but insists that Ron Paul must walk into the trap set for him. Does he really think by recounting these votes will prevent the next elections to be rigged? Will you then again call a recount after the first one failed miserably? If you read all my posts you will see that I have offered you Americans probably the best advice posted on this site. I am not even from America but realize the global importance of this election. All that he seems focused on is insulting my intelligence and destroying the integrity of the only politician of value your country has. Maybe he HAS a hidden agenda. His aggressive personal attacks seems to give his game away. Simpleman: Please come up with more intelligent ideas and concentrate on your spelling - it also makes you look dumb. January 10th, 2008 at 8:01 pm
At a meetup here in NH a few days before the primary we were given instructions regarding the do’s and don’ts of Poll Watching. When the subject of “vote fraud” came up, we were told not to worry about it. If we didn’t “get out the vote,” he said, it wouldn’t matter. Well, we got out the vote, it appears we were cheated, and it bloody well DOES matter! Hopefully this was simply the ramblings of an over-worked volunteer, and not the mind-set of the campaign. We are a skitish and cynical bunch. (What is a cynic, but a disillusioned idealist?) We’ve been disappointed, to say the least, before. What we need NOW, Dr. Paul, is ASSURANCE, regardless of whatever real or perceived discomfort it may cause the campaign. Right or wrong, challenging the results sends a clear and unmistakable message to your supporters, to the world, and to the Powers That Be. We’re watching you. The whole world is watching you. You may beat us in a fair fight, but we won’t be CHEATED. To acquiesce and NOT challenge the results, even if only to reassure justifiably concerned supporters, is sending the WRONG message. Not rocking the boat is a sign of weakness. Money isn’t the issue, take every nickel donated from NH and use it to insure that our hard fought for votes actually COUNTED. Reassure EVERYONE, not just us. Be TOUGH, Ron. Take the fight to them. Throw a monkey-wrench in the Machine. Raise the bar. Forget about being president for a minute, and think about the morale and needs of your “troops.” They’ll fight for you and defend you and give you their money, so long as they believe in their heart of hearts their vote will be COUNTED. When they lose faith in that, they won’t just lose faith in you, or the message, they’ll lose faith in the system. Draw the line in New Hampshire. Prove that those who say that free and transparent elections are no longer possible in America are WRONG, or prove that they’re right. If not now, in New Hampshire, when? When will it cease to matter? November? When the Ron Paul freedom train is long-gone, and we’re back where we started? If no mischief is found, no harm done. But, my guess, the harm done by doing nothing will be immediate and profound. Bluntly, supporters, especially in NH, will feel abandoned. How this will affect the success of future “money-bombs” remains to be seen.

simpleman you sound like a PFC - no jockey bolts his horse straight out of the gate - we have two states down - a Mega Tuesday coming up - as previously stated, you can’t call a recount for every single state in which you believe you should have done better. If you actually read the mail from RHQ, you’d see that his strategy is adjusting to make the best use of the resources that he can in order to win a nomination.
Now if he uses the recount card not, how whiny would it look if after having made an enormous fuss over New Hampshire, the same fuss gets made (if necessary) over New York or California?
He’s applying military and political strategy - something that you clearly know absolutely nothing about. If he followed your advice he might as well wear a redcoat and stand rank and file. Paul will continue to gain momentum with the populations that are not as heavily influence by their personal incentives for having him as president, but for what it will mean to the nation if everyone cooperates in making the sheisters look as ridiculous as possible.
Already, the people of New Hampshire know they’ve been had - they cannot expect Ron to fight their wars for them - that is adopting the ‘please government bail us out’ mentality that will specifically not work if we live in a small government world.
The best way for New Hampshire Ron Paul folks to fight back is for every person in every township who voted for Ron to agree that at the same time they are going to stand at their local civil authority with a notary and inform the media that they are going to establish their OWN statistical count for Ron Paul.
And those notarized results and photographs need to be consolidated and provided to the press as a media package.
I don’t believe this should be left to the corporations - I believe that Ron Paul supporters in every state should have a resident notary and that on their voting day there should be a clear public count.
Forget the polls - vote with pride, don’t vote and hide.

Here in Aus we are pretty well disarmed. The Australian government, with help from ASIO and the CIA, set up an imbecile named Martin Bryant in an incident known as the Port Arthur Massacre. ALL semi-autos and pump-actions were banned, life time firearms licences were cancelled, strict rules were placed on storage, type, round capacity and reason to own. Pistols have always been near impossible to own, in fact, many of our Olympic Pistol shooters find it easier to live abroad. Those who live in urban areas have almost no chance of being allowed to own a firearm. The law now is renew licence every 5 years and you have to have a very good reason to be able to renew. If the Police say that’s not a good enough reason, that’s it, you cannot appeal and they do not have to tell you why they don’t think it’ a good reason. All firearms are to be kept in massive fortified cabinets with separate locking ammo drawers. If you have a firearms licence, police can search your house WITHOUT a warrant, whenever they want. There is also a firearms register, all firearms ar uniquely numbered and registered in your name. All firearms have to be sold through special dealers who track numbers. If you do something wrong, say you get caught having a piss in the park on the way home one night, you lose your firearms licence, all your firearms and you can never again get a licence again. We are already in a Tyranny, it is just that Aussies don’t realise yet. TO TOP IT ALL OFF, GUN CRIME HAS INCREASED SINCE THE NEW LAWS CAME IN AND OUR POLICE ARE BEING MILITARISED AND GETTING MORE POWERFUL AND DANGEROUS WEAPONS. We are hoping on you guys to save us from the NWO and the Bilderbergers.

Simpleman:You obviously did not read my other threads - I was the one who first came up with the idea of separate polling booths. Fools rush in where angels fear to tread. If you are true Paul supporters I do not wish to cross swords with you. Just consider this: If Ron Paul calls a recount and the result comes out without a real difference it WILL harm your integrity when future applications of similar nature are made. This is only the start of the campaign. Don’t waste time over spilled milk and organize yourself to make it as difficult as possible for the enemy to rig further elections. Stop attacking Paul by saying he doesn’t stand by his principal. You should be supporting him and realize that you don’t and never will have the qualities and experience of Ron Paul. I don’t know how old you are but Ron Paul has probably been longer in politics than your time here on planet earth. Respect his judgment on this - that is why HE has the position of nominated candidate and YOU don’t. Focus all that frustrated energy on something constructive.
January 10th, 2008 at 10:26 pm
Well I can’t wait for Super Tuesday. These one primary at a time things are probably the easiest to fraud. I think on Super Tuesday we will see big discrepancies between states, and you will see where there is fraud and where there isn’t. I don’t think they can rig 20 states on one day.
Just another reason to love Ron Paul! Go Ron Go!

Electronic vote machines are unacceptable. They really are. We need to get Diebold out of the election process.
January 10th, 2008 at 11:02 pm
America land of the feeble and home of the knave.
Don’t you jumped up, flag humping, slogan spouting yanks waste any more time spewing forth about democracy and freedom to the rest of us anymore.
You are about the most un-free, undemocratic nation on the planet today.
The following countries for example have verifiably more transparent and democratic elections that the US of A today.
Iran, Venezuala, Russia, Ukraine, Palestine, Iraq………..I doubt I could find more than a half dozen, third world dictatorships as examples of countries with less democratic and transparent elections. At least the purple thumb showed some sort of verification in Iraq. You don’t even have purple thumbs you morons!!!
As for my country, where we still only get Bilderberger approved, NWO scumbags for Prime Ministerial candidates and the media will crucify anyone else, at least in Australia we do have paper ballots which are counted publicly and the evidence of fraud is very minimal and on a local scale.
You can stop spouting off with your delusions, you are the joke of the democratic world today.
Furthermore as a staunch Aussie Ron Paul supporter I am not impressed with this lay down and take it up the arse attitude of the campaign.
You were obviously cheated and if you cannot stand against the theft of elections, how the hell can anyone believe you have the guts to take on the Fed and the IRS?
January 10th, 2008 at 11:04 pm
Any American who does not take a sledge hammer to the voting machines on the day, is a lowly coward or a traitor I would have said. Smash the damned things, en masse and show you are not just a has been nation of deadbeats.

@HM, get over your own rhetoric man, surrender monkeys are still surrender monkeys.
What good is it being experienced if you can’t get past the fraud. It isn’t as if the fraud is in doubt, only by those whose denial is still winning out.

“Now if he uses the recount card not, how whiny would it look if after having made an enormous fuss over New Hampshire, the same fuss gets made (if necessary) over New York or California?”
Calling for a recount is not a “card” to played, or making a “fuss,” it’s part of the democratic process. If it’s not “whiny” to vote, why is it “whiny” to demand that our votes be COUNTED? Challenging the results in a thoughtful, law-abiding manner makes us look like we mean business and aren’t to be fu**ed with. The same “fuss” should be made whenever, and wherever, the People are cheated. Whose side are you on? Either step up EVERY time we’re cheated, or stay home and knit. Here’s a military strategy for you: Never leave a man behind! By failing to demand a recount, every stolen vote represents a casualty left on the field of battle to ROT. Doesn’t make for much of a recruitment poster, does it.
January 11th, 2008 at 5:25 am
Maybe I threw in with the wrong crew. Kucinich, unlike Paul, had the balls to request a recount and is rightly more concerned with the integrity of the ballot box and free and transparent elections than he is with “looking whiny.” Kucinich doesn’t appear whiny to me, looks more like John Wayne riding in with the calvary. Dr. Paul’s first crisis of leadership might be his last.
January 11th, 2008 at 5:53 am
I think it’s also vital to have a vote count straight after the votes are cast as this stops the likelyhood of evidence beeing hidden…so a recount should be prepared and funded to take place right after…and it should be made known to all it’s going to happen, this might also make these criminals aware that we are on their case…
January 11th, 2008 at 6:10 am
Margo is right; too much hanky-panky going on. What are you re-counting? You have to have real data to count. The data has already been switched. This is a criminal act. It has to be addressed criminally.
What kind of effort is in play to set things right in SC, MI, and NV? Has a focus and act group been created yet to deal with this? This is what all Americans want. Let’s do it.
Michael Collins | “Scoop” Independent Media | August 21, 2006
New Zogby Poll: It’s Nearly Unanimous
Voters Insist On Right To Observe Vote Counting
Plus Other Findings From This Unique Poll
Part I of a II part series | Washington, DC
A recent Zogby poll documents ground breaking information on the attitudes of American voters toward electronic voting. They are quite clear in the belief that the outcome of an entire election can be changed due to flaws in computerized voting machines. At a stunning rate of 92%, Americans insist on the right to watch their votes being counted. And, at an overwhelming 80%, they strongly object to the use of secret computer software to tabulate votes without citizen access to that software.
The American public is clear in its desire for free, fair, and transparent elections. An 80%-90% consensus on the right to view vote counting and opposition to secrecy by voting machine vendor is both rare and remarkable in American politics. If only the public knew that these options are virtually non existent in today’s election system.
January 11th, 2008 at 6:42 am
Folks, listen to HM — he makes very good points. As an American and Paul supporter (and 4x donator) I don’t want him playing into their hands. The powers that be are very clever and of course they have both a plan and the ability to disseminate it quickly, i.e. MSM. Knee-jerking into a recount is exactly what they want to continue to marginalize us. Stay calm! Tough I know, I am mighty pissed myself, but it ain’t gonna help us.
I applaud the strategy of allowing Kucinich or some other to raise the red flag for us. Makes me appreciate the guy even more and I think RP could even bring Kucinich’s policies in line for a VP choice (could you imagine that ticket running as Independent?–unbeatable).
Yes, Rasmussen was off but the others were dead on. Keep in mind that the VAST majority of our fellow citizens are sheeple and it will take some time to wake them up. I really think that the numbers would probably not be so different even if the votes were counted properly. Sutton was off, and the “other” category is a bit high, but not enough to change the outcome of the primary. I say if there be a recount do it on super tuesday, and even use a good chunk of cash to do it in as many states as possible. That is, if he doesn’t intend to run as independent.
So what can we do?
1. Start convincing RP to run as an Independent.
2. Vote absentee–it will ALWAYS be counted.
3. Keep educating your fellow citizens.
And stay pissed, but stay calm. We dont’ want to look like wackos, even though we are patriots.
January 11th, 2008 at 6:43 am
Gnawing on this like an old bone. More I think about it, the more P.O.’d I get. If Dr. Paul is such a brilliant military and political strategist, he would have anticipated voting irregularities and been PREPARED to challenge questionable results. And if we’re cheated again in SC, or MI, or out West? What then? What IS RP’s “strategy” for dealing with vote fraud? How can we compete (no less WIN) if the opposition’s using live rounds, and we’re shooting blanks?
January 11th, 2008 at 6:52 am
Plus, everyone should read Jag’s post. Read it again. Print it off and read it every day. Stick with his strategy, and you will win.
I agree that the public should do its own re-count. Do you know that the re-counters, actual election officials, in Ohio were convincted and put in prison? Use the money to form a citizen’s action committee. The GOP is funded by billionaires and so this is compromised. Do it yourself. That would be a huge success. Plus, they couldn’t use it, politically, against anyone.
See Sylvestro the Cat and Hacking Democracy to get back on track. The Dr. IS fighting like a tiger. Do the same but stay powerfully focused. Remember, on FOX News in Des Moines broadcasts after the caucus Susan Estrich, foreign agent, said, when countered about her comment about the doctor never being able to win, when she was asked, “How do you know?”, said “We’ll fix that.” Who is the we?
Have some fun with this. Know that you are good against evil. Don’t give up. Once, after seeing a horrible ad from the campaign, I felt the same way, like giving up. Forget about the campaign office. If an employee is a jerk or a crook, does that mean the boss is too? STOP ALL THIS DISSENTION AND WORK TO A COMMON GOAL. THIS IS A DIVINE STRUGGLE OF GOOD VERSUS EVIL, AND GOD HAS MADE YOU A PART OF IT. IT IS YOUR LAST CHANCE. You can stop these criminals. But it will take all of you working together. You can bet that the good doctor’s organization is undermined. But that doesn’t mean he is compromised. Stick by him and ignore the stooges. He will do right by you.
The Zionist powers have corrupted the election process. This began in 1906 when the Rockefeller-compromised Patrick McCarren forced in legislation for the first voting machine. This occurred after people running for office exposed Rockefeller’s corrupt plots to control the government. Since then, there has been a systematic move for electronic voting machines. The purpose is vote switching. This is in order to prevent honest and patriotic people from gaining power. The voting machines are not made to vote counts or increase efficiency. Rather, the purpose of these machines is to defraud the peoples’ vote. See the work of Bev Harris.
The Mossad and CIA are funded to rig votes, not just here but also globally. You, the American people, are the only ones who can stop this. But you must act quickly. If you quit this effort, it will hurt you.
American troops and freedom fighters: band together. Money is not, as you are finding out, the real answer. You are the answer. By making a citizens army and guarding the voting process you will win. Here is what you do:
a) deal with lovely NH with your own systematic vote count. Go soon to peoplespresident.net and there will be a free affadavit and proper numbered receipt to utilize. Until this is up, go find your own on the internet
b) don’t be shy. Get the peoples’ vote secured. People are shy and actually apathetic. Watch the DVD The Secret. What is in your mind will be. What you believe in your heart is. Set your goal and do it. Be independent of the campaign. Iowans, too: go town to town and secure all humans’ votes. Call yourselves the Vote Confirmation Committee or whatever. Make up a business card.
c) spend all your time, now, on the upcoming states. Keep bombarding people with emails. Make a list of possible in people in the states that you know. Call and email them. Go to citizens.org and take advantage of their powerful effort. Here, they have mobilized the health community for the doctor’s legislation. Take advantage of their campaign. It is powerful. This is an ideal way to introduce people to the doctor; it will cause them to get out and vote
d) the vote is useless, in fact, destructive, because it will be given to the enemy. So, you have to create immediately an army of troops to go to each state. Your weapons are video cameras, digital cameras, vans, RVs, camping gear, and healthy snacks. Do Exit Polls; be polite but serious. Even so, be always ready to smile. Get the vote recorded on video. Make sure you have enough people to videotape every person. Systematically get this set up for every voting district in every state. There are millions of Dr. Paul supporters. This can be done.
e) demand a receipt for your vote; make up receipts for everyone you know. Get a team of people and have them give out receipts to people going out of grocery stores, etc. Citizen’s Committe for Honesty in Voting or whatever. A proper receipt will be available soon at peoplespresident.net
All your effort is useless, unless you secure the vote. This is because, electronically, the votes will be switched over to the enemy. A few thousand people in our country could end this nightmare.
January 11th, 2008 at 6:53 am
Harry Balzac…
I know what the exit polls said. You must have misread my posts. My point was that when the exit polls DO greatly differ from the vote count everyone will know something has gone wrong. In this case however, all the numbers matched up.
———————————————————————————————————————
With that said, and in all my other posts (but everyone ignores it), I believe that some fraud occurred. I also said that the only information any of us have to go off of are the posted results from the media, which does help prove/disprove the counting accuracy. Also, if you take ALL 126 hand-counted precincts (not just 30 of them), RP’s comes in at 9.32%…AGAIN: All we have to go on is the media’s statistics, and this 9.32% does not mean everything is on the up-and-up.
AS FAR AS THE RON PAUL CAMPAIGN AND A RECOUNT
Ron Paul wrote a letter to his supporters and touched on some of these issues. With that, I’m sure he’s well aware of what’s going on. This isn’t his first rodeo. I’m confident he has a plan. I’m also very sure he’s keeping quiet (not calling Alex Jones, etc.) for a very good reason. After all, what opponent needs to know your plan? Not that Alex is an opponent, but he broadcasts and opponents may hear it.
It looks like we’re getting a recount. But it’s going to be a little more strategic than any of us could have put together.

I don’t buy it that DK’s request for a recount is part of Paul’s “strategy.” Did they work out a response to vote fraud in advance? Ridiculous. Are DK supporters complaining that asking for a recount makes them look like whiners? No. DK got it right, and our team dropped the ball. Dr. Paul owes us an explanation. RP supporters in NH worked like their lives depended on it (they do!), only to be told their votes weren’t important enough to fight for. Why fight for RP as an Independent, if he won’t fight for his SUPPORTERS as a Republican? Are “Independent” votes fraud-proof?
January 11th, 2008 at 7:28 am
NO NO… I don’t think RP had a plan with DK. That would be silly to think.
I think DK did it on his own and that will help everyone.
And no one even knows what RP’s plan was/is on this issue. Simpleman just got carried away because he’s too impatient to let the campaign sit down for a bit, think of all the options and the best way to proceed.
January 11th, 2008 at 9:06 am
There are about 300 townships in the state. Just because 30 of them come in at 15% doesn’t mean the other 270 will. Smaller percentages in that many counties will bring the overall percent down significantly. And 30 is not a large enough sample size to reliably represent the rest of the state.
Don’t get me wrong. I’m a huge Ron Paul supporter and have no doubt that this primary and election will be rigged again, but I’m also a statistician and it is statistically possible for them to have gotten the outcome they did. I just don’t believe they did without cheating.
January 11th, 2008 at 9:22 am
you move guys are nuts.
by not fussing now you give them a clean slate to do it again.
I just know you are anti ron paul people posting here.
this is about right and wrong. there is proven votes not tabulated, to demand a recount is warrented.
there is no stratagy, kucinich is not working to help ron paul.
you guys need to loosen your head band on your tin foil hat.
you are delusional.
this election hasnt even really begun and they have been caught skewing the votes.
stop it now, or suffer later.
I think ron fears the assination reports and hasnt really the heart to fight the fight but use his exposure to bring the issues to public.
thats not why i supported him, I’m out. I’m not voting for another perot.
January 11th, 2008 at 10:10 am
That’s right. No one knows what RP’s plan was/is on the issue of election fraud. I guess we do now, don’t we: Wait and hope someone ELSE complains. What will RP do when DK drops out? What’s the “Plan” next time we’re cheated? Will RP and DK take TURNS asking for recounts? To my knowledge RP has not addressed the NH issue directly, nor has he clarified his position-”strategy” on election fraud. He and his inner circle have seriously misjudged what makes his supporters “tick.” All he had to do was request a recount, and he’d be a hero. Instead, he does nothing, looks like a weak sister, and divides his base. Nice job.
January 11th, 2008 at 11:09 am
The vote percentage is not an average from of one candidate’s tallies.
It is based on the percentage of all the votes cast.
Let’s not keep pushing the “Kool-Aid drinker” stereotype as Bill o’Reilley refers to us.
Our mission should be to keeping forward. The plain fact of the matter is that not enough people in NH knew who Ron Paul was and that is OUR fault. Not Diebold, not the GOP, not any conspiracy our minds can think up!
January 11th, 2008 at 12:51 pm
In Canada, were keen on what happens in America, it’s evident that the fraud has been going on for years, it’s just that now there are people like you all who are paying attention and are aware of the fraud.
Good for you, now you can do something to bring this awareness of fraud out. Peaceful demonstrations, giving no reason for force, a lot can be learned from the ’60s when awareness came back to consciousness.
If your young tell those older, if your older tell those who are younger, bring the fraud out into the open light of day, it’s not just up to one person like Mr Paul to do something about this, it’s up to each one .
Instead of a money bomb fund raising event, how about a truth raising event around the voting machine fraud, more people need to be aware of it.
God Bless America
Peacefully.
January 11th, 2008 at 4:10 pm
After getting Ron’s letter, he is very aware of what’s going on, but he’s going forward and looking forward. He’s not going forward and looking behind him. He can’t possibly win anything if he stays focused on NH.
And this is HIS campaign. We are supporters. Therefore, he has to make the best decisions with the information he has, and we will support that. If you don’t want to support him, go find another candidate.
Jungle…
He has address his supporters about vote fraud. HOW DID YOU MISS IT? I got it in a Myspace Bulletin and an email. Don’t you have email? Aren’t you on his email list? Did you read his letter to his supporters?
Since you “supporters” obviously aren’t in touch with what’s going on, I’ll repost some of his letter here….
From Ron Paul:
“…I am so optimistic about what we are doing, and where we are heading. And so were the
500 or 600 people at our New Hampshire rally after the primary. I talked to everyone there, and they are rightly enthusiastic about our movement.
“This does not mean we will have an easy time of it — just the opposite, of course. After all, we are seeking to reverse more than a century of big government, of the warfare-welfare state, of Federal Reserve’s dollar
manipulation, of a fat and happy military-industrial complex, of the subversion of our Constitution. So all the media and other “second-hand dealers in ideas,” as F.A. Hayek called them, who have a vested interest in the current order, will do everything possible to smear me.
“They will do and say anything to try to block our movement. Even vote fraud is not beyond these people.
“Does this mean our campaign has done everything right? No! We have made mistakes, and will make them again. Not only because errors are to be found in any human endeavor, but because an effort like this, to repeal a hundred years and more of evil, is brand-new on the face of the earth. But now is the time to stick together like the brothers and sisters we are, to stand side by side in this fight against the media toadies, warmongers, and Wall Street rip-off artists who stand against us, and who always remind me of Tolkein’s Orcs.
“If you have suggestions for me to do better, I want to hear them. But beating back the enemy, teaching so many young people and others about liberty, that is our victory, and it is real and permanent. Won’t you link arms with me? We will have more vote victories too, if we stick together and do not let the enemy divide us.” [end]
He’s got a lot more work ahead of him.
At first, before I came here (actually it’s what got me to this site) I thought the same thing: he needs to recount so we’ll show them they can’t f with us. And then I started reading some of the comments here and I started thinking about public opinion. How everyone was up in arms and yelling and emailing networks and the NH GOP…without any REAL evidence we were screwed. I’m sure we were. But we have no evidence. Picking the best poll results from only one-fifth of the hand-counted precincts is not evidence. The Boston Globe flunky’s screwed up Live Poll was just that…screwed up. But it wasn’t an attempt to screw us.
We have to cool down and bit, just so we can use our heads instead of being brainless idiots.
Sometimes, you just need to give them enough rope to hang themselves. Patience is key. They will expose their own fraud.
RP needs everyone he can get…as do all the candidates. But I’m positive we can manage without the few that would rather make selfish demands on the campaign than support the movement in upcoming elections.
Not only are you negative, but you have already alienated yourselves from those of us that are trudging on to the next state… with our heads held high.

Face it folks, the entire United States government, federal and state, is run by criminals from top to bottom. They will employ any measure to further their agenda, including character assassination, rigged elections, blackmail and murder. Ron Paul was indeed cheated, and there is nothing anyone can do about it. It’s high time for a revolution, and not necessarily a Ron Paul one.
January 11th, 2008 at 8:10 pm
Well I am glad that you all see what is happening here, but it does no good to just comment about it. Get the heck outta your seats, and get out there and make your “comments” heard. Sitting here and commenting is great, and I am thrilled that more people are becoming aware of the current situation, but it doesnt stop there. THEY cannot be stopped unless we take action (non violent of course) and change this. Get out of your seats, go to your windows, and shout “I am pissed off and I am not going to take it anymore” You gotta get angry!! Your Liberty, Your Rights, Your Sovereignty IS AT STAKE FOR HEAVN’S SAKE!!! You gotta let these corporate scum know that you will not just lay down and take it, You have to stand up for your rights which our Founding Fathers have set forth for us!!! Take action NOW!!! Do not wait for the next person to do so… DO it yourself, others will follow. Why are we so quick to shy from what we have earned, the rights that have been passed on to us??? If YOU believe in it, Stand Up For it damnit!! Nothing is going to change sitting at your computer!! Get out there and make a difference…..VOTE RON mother efen PAUL gosh darn it!!!

Tracy, a vague reference to the possibility of vote fraud is not a “strategy” on how to RESPOND to vote fraud. RP has not addressed the NH vote fraud situation specifically, or explained why he chose to not challenge the results. His silence is not only deafening, it is alarming. WHY did RP not challenge the results? WHAT will he do if vote fraud is suspected in MI, or SC? Is NEVER challenging election results RP’s “plan”? Or, are you suggesting that our job is to simply “trust” Dr. Paul, and keep giving, and giving, and giving on FAITH?

That’s not an answer, but I can see well enough to recognize stonewalling when I see it. And now we’re being told that losing the election was OUR fault! Be nice! Wear a tie! Don’t raise your voice! Don’t badger the press! Go “mainstream”! And by all means, don’t ask for a RECOUNT! (What would the neighbors say?) I’d happily shut the hell up if ONE PERSON, you maybe, could explain in a way that actually makes SENSE why RP didn’t ask for a recount. Don’t GUESS. If you don’t know, say so. If there’s “inside information” you’re privvy to, or something’s been said or written publicly that I missed, let’s have it. If you don’t know, for sure, what his reasons were, you’re as much in the dark as everyone else. (How far in front of your nose can you see in the dark?)

No one is saying to go mainstream. No one is saying not to hound the media. It was only MY suggestion that maybe we should chill out for a bit to let things happen. Damn, give it time. Being a hot-headed prick isn’t going to solve anything (I’m not calling you a prick, by the why).
Although…your arguments to sound a whole lot like those used on Fox News.
Anyway, since you’re not a RP supporter, you don’t have his latest info to us from his campaign. So, I’ll provide it for you, so you can throw a fit later….
From RP:
—————————————————————————————————————
After a careful investigation, I have decided against seeking a recount in New Hampshire. I am confident that not asking for a recount is the right decision.
I carefully considered the arguments for and against a recount before instructing my campaign staff not to pursue it. Without a firm belief that vote fraud had taken place, and without the possibility that a recount would have increased the chances for success of our campaign, a recount would have diverted campaign resources, time, and energy away from crucial battles elsewhere.
We have taken concerns about vote fraud seriously. In Iowa, campaign volunteers carefully monitored the caucuses. Campaign staff placed Paul supporters in every precinct to watch and verify the voting and count. We had supporters phone in results from their precincts to a campaign hotline while others ensured that those numbers were reflected on the official display board at the Polk County Convention Center. The numbers our caucus watchers reported agreed with the official tally, and both results also aligned with the campaign’s internal polling. In relatively pro-Paul counties, our sampling pegged support at 11.5%. This is consistent with an overall 10% finish for the entire state.
In New Hampshire, while I would have hoped for a better result than eight percent, I am convinced that vote fraud played no role in this result. Rumors of vote fraud were investigated, and in the end they proved to be the result of errors in early media reports that were not reflected in the official numbers. In one notable case, when a campaign staff member contacted an individual who had on the evening of January 8 claimed that his vote had not been counted, the person said that he had made a mistake and that the next morning the error in reporting on a newspaper website had been corrected both in the media and — most importantly — in the official tally.
Many have expressed concerns that those ballots counted by machine yielded a 2% lower total than those counted by hand. However, machine counted vote totals were more than 2% lower for both John McCain and Mike Huckabee. Hand counted votes were more likely to be cast in rural areas. Results almost always vary between urban and rural areas.
My campaign staff and I have analyzed the numbers in New Hampshire and I have reached the conclusion that it was the high turnout — not vote fraud or counting errors — that left us with eight percent of the vote. Our total vote count of over 18,000 votes was well within what we projected given the efforts of our extensive statewide get-out-the-vote program, giving me no reason to believe that vote fraud played any role in the results of the Granite State’s primary.
In both Iowa and New Hampshire there is much to be proud of. Taking both states together, I am honored that over 30,000 people cast their vote for me — more than either Rudy Giuliani or Fred Thompson. Unlike many other candidates’ efforts, our campaign for freedom is growing and our message is spreading.
Now is the time to redouble our efforts. Our resources must be spent on the upcoming primaries and caucuses, and on ensuring that, with your help, we organize every state yet to vote with our Precinct Leaders program.
We can’t win primaries and caucuses that have already happened — but we can win those yet to come. To become the Republican presidential nominee, a candidate must have 1,191 delegates. Iowa, Wyoming and New Hampshire determine only 32 delegates, so we have much opportunity remaining.
Today, I ask you to join me in focusing on the battles ahead as we continue our fight for liberty and our Constitution.
Sincerely,
Ron Paul

There now. Isn’t that what I’ve been saying all along.
YOU go suck an egg.

“Jungle… No one is saying to go mainstream. No one is saying not to hound the media.”
Not true! Peter Martin, whoever he is, said so in a self-flagellating email to the troops yesterday (the 12th). According to him, losing in NH was OUR fault. Aren’t you getting all the emails?
“It was only MY suggestion that maybe we should chill out for a bit to let things happen. Damn, give it time. Being a hot-headed prick isn’t going to solve anything (I’m not calling you a prick, by the why).”
Excuse me, but if it wasn’t for “hot-headed pricks” RP wouldn’t have gotten as far as he has. That’s the problem. You “apologists” for RP have completely misjudged the psychology of RP’s supporters. If the “revolution” has eclipsed the candidate (as Martin suggested), then the candidate should get with the program. Where do you think the $20,000,000 came from? Hot-headed pricks like me, that’s who.
“Although…your arguments do sound a whole lot like those used on Fox News.”
And that’s the kind of “guilt by association” remark I’D expect to hear from Fox News. Name ONE “argument” I’ve used that you heard on Fixed News. I know, why bother, right? Why waste your time trying to back up an innuendo you can’t support?
“Anyway, since you’re not a RP supporter…”
My 4×8 sign’s STILL up (my property), and, like thousands of others, I’ve given hundreds of dollars and many hours to the campaign. Apology accepted.
“…you don’t have his latest info to us from his campaign. So, I’ll provide it for you, so you can throw a fit later….”
Wasn’t on the RP website when I looked last night (checked just before I made my previous post), better late than never. Too bad Dr. Paul didn’t factor into his thinking the reaction of his supporters, MOST of whom, being “hot heads,” have NO faith in the system. I hear him loud and clear, though. Public perception and treading lightly is more important than the perceptions and concerns of the troops. Got it. Thanks for the clarification.

From a “cooler” head, made in response to RP’s official statement, posted at rense.com:
To The Honorable Congressman, Ron Paul
As a die hard supporter of your campaign I was very disappointed to learn of your decision to not persue a recount of the New Hampshire votes. Your argument that it would divert energy and resources from the upcoming battles is absolutely understandable. However, there is a simple truth that trumps your argument. If vote fraud is tolerated in New Hampshire, it will just continue as it always has. Bev Harris has already begun the gathering of evidence. The proof is there. Individuals have come forth and signed affadavits that they voted for you in precincts where your totals were recorded as zero. Furthermore, individuals have donated funds specifically for a recount. You’ve stated yourself that you are just a part of a revolution and this is a grass roots effort against corruption….all corruption. The stealing of elections is one of the major attacks on our republic and we’ve endured it way too long. It is my understanding that other candidates are seeking a recount in N.H. While it’s too late for your campaign to be part of that endeavor, it is my wish that your campaign will expect vote fraud in upcoming primaries and will be prepared to fight and expose it. Your supporters have not donated record amounts in order to see the same old criminals continue to subvert the will of the American people in the same old nonchalant, arrogant manner they have been doing for decades. A decision to demand a recount would only attract more support and volunteers; it would contribute to the expansion of your campaign. It IS a revolution.
Sincerely,
Hany Hanna

Tracy - Thanks for all the work getting the numbers out there. And yes, others have pointed out that the 30 hand-counted precincts was NOT representative because it did not include many (or any?) of the precincts where his votes were low.
Look - we ourselves cannot use prejudicial (and certainly not fraudulent) practices to try to prove how “they” committed fraud.
Secondly, have some RESPECT for Ron Paul! I’m sure there are many facts out there that we know nothing about! Ron Paul has been in this business for decades, and he understands how things work, and all about “the establishment” and fraud.
Check out GC Galveston’s post from yesterday on a similar thread - talking about the amazing uphill battles Ron Paul has had to go through to retain his seat in Congress, and he has won every one of those battles!
I understand that not everyone agrees about declining to have a recount. And it’s fine to put out different ideas & perspectives.
But don’t *attack* Ron Paul or other supporters who have a different idea!
We all believe in Ron Paul enough to support him & work very hard to get him into the White House. That means we believe he would make an excellent leader.
So please, let him LEAD!
Sometimes leaders have to make a decision, and he will never make a decision that every single person agrees with (and remember, WE don’t have all the information he has available to him).

I have no clue who Peter Martin is. I did a search and found one that is in a NH Meetup Group, and another who is an economist that is supporting Obama. Either way, it doesn’t look like he’s a part of the campaign so his statements are pointless.
No, I’m not going to address anything you said. You’re one of those “special cases” that would rather be up-in-arms over everything than to pick your battles wisely.
January 13th, 2008 at 10:41 am
“Look - we ourselves cannot use prejudicial (and certainly not fraudulent) practices to try to prove how “they” committed fraud.”
Recounts are neither “prejudicial” nor “fraudulent.” Recounts are an essential element of the democratic process. Maybe we should do away with recounts all together, save all kinds of time and money. Spend all our time and money on getting out votes that won’t be counted. Brilliant! Why didn’t I think of that! It’s not about RP making a decision everyone can agree with. He’s the decider, and we all have to live with it. But since you brought it up, how many RP supporters do YOU know who were/are AGAINST a recount? Supporting RP’s decision, right or wrong, after the fact, is one thing. But how many supporters would have gotten all riled up if he’d ASKED for a recount? Besides you and Tracy, I mean.
January 13th, 2008 at 11:14 am
“I have no clue who Peter Martin is. I did a search and found one that is in a NH Meetup Group, and another who is an economist that is supporting Obama. Either way, it doesn’t look like he’s a part of the campaign so his statements are pointless.”
They were not pointless to those of us who received his email and have no way of discerning who’s speaking for the campaign and who’s talking out of their a**. In fact, day by day it’s getting harder and harder to tell the difference (I’m sure you’d agree!).
“No, I’m not going to address anything you said. You’re one of those “special cases” that would rather be up-in-arms over everything than to pick your battles wisely.”
I am “special,” so are you, but now you’re being childish. No. Not up-in-arms over “everything.” Just silly little things, like… VOTE FRAUD. Tell you what, if you’re not going to defend or back-up your insinuations, maybe you should play it safe and keep them to yourself.
We do not have the luxury of “choosing” our battles. Every Primary, every Election, every VOTE, is a battle. If NH votes aren’t worth fighting for, nobody’s vote is worth fighting for. THAT’s the sub-text of RP’s decision.
If we’re not going to stand and FIGHT for every vote, on principle, we should call it a day and stay home and knit.
Funny-looking “revolution.”
January 13th, 2008 at 2:50 pm
Why am I not seeing on international news, Rioting in the streets in the USA? If this were Zimbabwe or Uganda, all you “patriotic Americans” would be in front of the polling stations demanding a recount, gun in hand. Where are you? Here in Canada we are seeing proof that these machines can and ARE Manipulated.. I don’t understand why the ELECTIONS people aren’t demanding a recount….
Want to fix your problem? Go back to ALL paper and hire a NON partisan election comitte from a DIFFERENT country. And ensure there are NO TIES to big business. Elections Canada ought to be running and counting for you guys and the electoral college for us. What would be more fair than a party county votes where the outcome really doesn’t matter to them? Ok - maybe Canada and the US are not a good match but you get my drift.

WE USE HAND COUNTING, AND RON PAUL CAME IN THIRD, WHILE OBAMA BEAT CLINTON BY 20%, WHICH IS EXACTLY IN LINE WITH ALL THE OTHER HAND COUNTED TOWNS. IN NH ALL BALLOTS ARE PAPER, EVEN THOSE SCANNED BY MACHINES, SO A RECOUNT HERE WOULD BE FEASIBLE AND RELATIVELY INEXPENSIVE COMPARED TO BIGGER STATES. TROUBLE IS THE BALLOTS WOULD NOT BE COUNTED IN THE TOWNS. THEY WOULD BE PACKED UP AND SENT TO THE CAPITOL IN POSSESSION OF THE POLICE. BEGINNING TO SEE THE PICTURE?

If you’ve been keeping your eye on the various blogs and websites and comments related to RP’s decision, I hope it’s becoming clear to everyone what a colossal error of judgment it was, as I’ve been saying since Day One.
It was never about gleaning a few more votes or percentage points. It was about REASSURING RP supporters, and putting the Powers That Be on notice. Imagine the goodwill and positive energy a recount would have meant, compared to the outrage and disappointment felt by RP’s (hard)core supporters, all in order to save the campaign a measly $2,000, the reported cost of the filing fee. If it wasn’t clear to Dr. Paul that all he had to do was ASK for the money, and we would have gladly GIVEN it, then he’s either completelly out of touch with his supporters, or reality. I don’t blame Dr. Paul. I blame his “mystery advisors,” who are apparently just as out of touch with the campaign’s base as is Dr. Paul.
It may already be too late, but the ONLY way to salvage the campaign (and the “revolution”), and woo back his supporters, is to FIRE his so-called advisors, apologize to his supporters, hire professionals to run the campaign and improve the quality of the ads, and promise to challenge EVERY primary from here on out.
If RP’s “advisors” had ANY integrity, and TRULY understood what makes Dr. Paul’s base “tic,” they would have RESIGNED.

Having read Ron Paul’s message I have to respect at least one thing. Iowa and New Hampshire are just the first two. He then won the Fox poll in Carolina, and moved up in Michigan. (Albeit they listed his fourth place standing as “Others”!) The logic is that vote fraud measured over many states will make a better case than just one. That is scientific. If a strong case can be made, I am sure Ron Paul will persue it and his arguments will be irrefutable. That is his style, after all. When the stakes are this high there is no option for falling short on such a crucial issue. It would be disastrous. My guess is that once the polls are measured against ALL the hand counted, and then against ALL the Diebold printouts in ALL the states, a trend will emerge. The machines are 100% hackable by several methods. This revolution is about raising conciousness. The globalist bankers have been forging this prison for centuries. We won’t beat them overnight.
